Can I upgrade my membership tier during the year?

Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. The price difference will be prorated based on your remaining membership period, and you'll immediately gain access to all benefits of the higher tier.

What happens if I need to cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership with 30 days written notice. For annual memberships paid in full, we offer a prorated refund for unused months minus a 15% administrative fee. Monthly auto-pay memberships can be cancelled at any time with no penalty.

Are guest passes transferable?

Guest passes are non-transferable and must be used by guests accompanying the member. Passes expire at the end of each month and do not roll over. However, unused passes from the previous month can be redeemed within the first week of the following month.

Do memberships include access during special events?

Members receive priority access to all special events and exclusive member-only gatherings at no additional cost. For large-scale public events, members enjoy discounted tickets and guaranteed entry even when events are sold out to the general public.

Is there a waiting list for memberships?

Currently, all membership tiers are available for immediate purchase. However, to maintain an exclusive experience, we limit the total number of active memberships. We recommend securing your membership during our launch period to guarantee availability and take advantage of special pricing.

Can I freeze my membership temporarily?

Yes, members can freeze their membership for up to 3 months per year for medical reasons or extended travel. A small administrative fee of AED 200 applies, and your membership will be extended by the freeze period. Advance notice of 14 days is required.
